Requirements
- Requires significant digital product design experience, strong product judgment, and a record of driving work from discovery through delivery, including research, testing, prototyping, and validation. Candidates should have experience mentoring designers, improving design systems and workflows, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, and balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
