Manage design queries, submissions, drawings, document control, coordination meetings, on-site clashes, and BCAR compliance while supporting practical, value-driven solutions.
Requirements
- A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required, along with at least five years of experience, including three years in residential design. Candidates should have strong construction-stage coordination experience, knowledge of BCAR and Irish Building Regulations, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and CDE platforms, and strong communication and organisational skills.
