Requirements
- Requires 10+ years of UX/UI or digital product design experience, including leadership and people-management experience, and a record of delivering complex digital solutions in agile environments. A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is expected, along with expertise in design systems, user research, interaction design, prototyping, usability, and Figma.
