Lead the full UX process, from research and discovery through prototyping, usability testing, and validation, including fieldwork, interviews, and analysis. Create user journeys, personas, flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and Figma interfaces; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support implementation of accessible, consistent transactional portal experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end UX process from discovery to validation
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research
- Conduct field work, interviews and usability testing
- Synthesize research findings and generate personas, journey maps and user flows
- Create wireframes, mock‑ups and prototypes of varying fidelity in Figma
- Contribute to and maintain Design Systems
- Design experiences for transactional portals
- Present and defend design decisions using data and evidence
- Collaborate with product, technology, business and other stakeholders
- Monitor implementation to ensure design‑product consistency
- Promote usability, accessibility and user‑centered design principles
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in User Experience
- Proven experience in the complete UX cycle
- Hands‑on UX research skills, including planning and conducting field studies, interviews and usability tests
- Strong UI design abilities and proficiency with Figma
- Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems
- Background designing transactional portals
- Ability to communicate and justify design decisions to diverse stakeholders
- Resident of Portugal with availability for quarterly trips to Oeiras
