- Design innovative and frictionless payment experiences across multiple Amazon Pay use‑cases
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems that work across diverse payment scenarios
- Utilize data‑driven insights and conduct user research to guide design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and organizational leaders to deliver best‑in‑class experiences
- Advocate for the customer by translating user needs into actionable design solutions
- Contribute to research studies to understand user behaviours and motivations in digital payments
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure cohesive design implementation and alignment with company goals
Requirements
- 7+ years of design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design work
- Experience designing payment or financial interfaces
- Ability to use data‑driven insights and user research to inform design
- Proficiency with design tools for wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mock‑ups
- Collaboration skills to work with product managers, engineers and senior leaders
