Preconstruction / Design Manager - MEP

Lead MEP preconstruction and design coordination from project pursuit through construction, including detailed cost estimating, estimate reviews, and coordination across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines. Collaborate with design teams, operations, business development, and subcontractors to manage value options, procurement planning, project risks, and scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

Collaborate with design teams, operations, business development, and subcontractors to manage value options, procurement planning, project risks, and scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
Requirements
- Requires at least seven years of leadership in preconstruction, estimating, or mechanical/electrical teams, along with five or more years of experience in detailed estimating, risk management, contract review, value management, and cross-functional coordination. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience; the posting also specifies at least seven years of relevant experience.
