- Requires at least six years of UX or product design experience, with a strong focus on B2C products and a portfolio demonstrating work on top or high-traffic B2C products. Candidates must have a BDes or MDes from a Tier 1 design college such as NIT, NIFT, or IIT; Tier 2 colleges receive lower priority, and UX-only designers are not eligible.
