Create visual assets and marketing creatives for digital platforms, academic content, events, and brand communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain a consistent brand identity and deliver compelling visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, website, emailers and ads
- Create visual assets for academic content, presentations, reports, guides and event materials
- Collaborate with marketing, content and program teams to translate concepts into visual communication
- Maintain consistent brand identity, typography and visual language across all touchpoints
- Develop creatives for events, workshops, webinars and outreach initiatives
- Produce static creatives, infographics, social media posts and promotional collaterals
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, formats and tools
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners when needed
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in graphic/communication design or related field
- 1â3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or brand design
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and related software
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory and visual storytelling
- Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Comfort working in a highâgrowth, startupâlike environment
