Lead allocated projects from initial scope and concept through design, engineering, estimating, fabrication, and construction-ready handover. Coordinate internal and external technical resources, review designs and documentation, resolve production and construction issues, and improve design-to-fabrication processes.

Requirements
- Candidates should have practical design experience taking technical work from concept toward manufacture, fabrication, or installation, along with strong 3D CAD and technical drawing capability. They should understand manufacturing and installation, coordinate technical resources and suppliers, manage costs and multiple projects, and have full working rights in Australia.
