Lead end-to-end design for complex B2B SaaS experiences, from discovery and research through prototyping and shipped detail, aligning decisions with user needs, product strategy, and business outcomes. - Lead end-to-end design for complex B2B SaaS experiences, from discovery and research through prototyping and shipped detail, aligning decisions with user needs, product strategy, and business outcomes. Partner with product, engineering, and other teams to prioritize opportunities, improve the design system and design quality, influence product direction, and mentor less experienced designers.
Requirements
- The role ideally requires at least five years of product, UX/UI, or related design experience, a strong portfolio, and a degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a similar discipline. Candidates should be proficient in Figma and user research, usability testing, accessibility, design systems, and agile cross-functional collaboration.
