Digital Product Designer

You will design and improve intuitive digital member journeys across web and mobile platforms within a cross-functional squad. This involves conducting user research, creating prototypes, and ensuring all designs meet accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Translate member needs and business objectives into intuitive digital experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and highâfidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product, technology, content, brand, and business teams to implement designs
- Conduct and facilitate user research and usability testing, iterating based on insights
- Contribute to and maintain the evolving design system
- Champion accessibility and ensure designs meet WCAG standards
- Use analytics and research to inform design decisions and measure impact
- Advocate for humanâcentred design across the squad and broader organization
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile
- Strong proficiency with Figma and highâfidelity prototyping
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to collaborate with product, technology, content, brand, and business teams
- Actionâoriented mindset with a focus on testing ideas and delivering results
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
