Lead and supervise Electrical Detail Design personnel, managing team performance, development, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of 3D/2D arrangements, armament, combat systems, cableway, and cable routing products. Oversee design quality and integration across disciplines, review layouts and drawings for accuracy and compliance, and coordinate with other organizations to resolve deficiencies and improve designs.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and six years of progressive technical experience in research, engineering, and design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates should demonstrate team leadership and collaboration skills; familiarity with Electrical Detail Design tools and processes is preferred.
