Lead architectural design, plotting, and master planning, ensuring design quality, timely delivery, and compliance with project standards and regulations. Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience
- Experience in luxury residential projects and real‑estate development
- Advanced SketchUp proficiency
- Excellent English and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Indian building codes; familiarity with Revit and USGBC is a plus
