Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating digital design and short‑form video work
- Proficiency with Canva, Figma and a video‑editing tool
- Understanding of social media formats and audiences
- Strong English communication
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Ownership mindset and interest in immigrant experiences
