Requirements
- Masterâs degree in design, computing or humanâfactors field
- At least 8 years of UX or product design experience in enterprise or SaaS environments
- Expert-level Figma and designâsystem skills
- Practical experience with AI design tools
- Research, accessibility, workshop facilitation and mentoring experience (preferred)
