UX Designer

Design and own end-to-end AI-first experiences for customer-facing and internal products, including conversational agents, search, recommendations, lead qualification, and agent workflows. Define patterns for uncertainty and bilingual English-Arabic interfaces, prototype and test iteratively, evolve the design system, and collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design AI‑first user experiences across chat interfaces, agent workflows, search, recommendations and lead qualification tools
• Define interaction patterns for uncertainty handling, streaming states, hallucination guardrails and human‑in‑the‑loop escalation
• Create bilingual (English/Arabic) interfaces with proper RTL support
• Rapidly prototype, conduct user testing and iterate weekly
• Own and evolve the design system and design tokens
• Collaborate closely with engineers, write detailed specifications and review builds

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of product design or UX experience with shipped products
• Portfolio demonstrating AI‑powered or ML‑driven features
• Proficiency with AI design tools such as Figma Make, v0, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, Midjourney/Sora
• Strong systems thinking, information architecture and edge‑case handling
• Ability to prototype in code (HTML/React/Tailwind) or read/write specifications
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset
