Lead product experience strategy and research, translating user insights and business objectives into intuitive, accessible digital journeys, interfaces, and prototypes. Evolve the design system, analyze product metrics, facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, document engineering handoffs, and mentor other designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX strategy and align design vision with company OKRs
- Plan and execute user research, usability testing, and journey mapping
- Create information architecture, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Maintain and evolve the Design System ensuring WCAG accessibility
- Facilitate design‑thinking workshops and cross‑team alignment
- Analyze usability metrics to propose continuous improvements
- Document designs and handoff specifications to engineering
- Mentor junior designers and support their technical growth
Requirements
- Proficiency with Figma for UI design and prototyping
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems
- Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research
- Strong data‑driven design mindset
- Experience with usability testing and journey mapping
- Collaboration within multidisciplinary squads
- Fluent English (intermediate or advanced)
- Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work
