Requirements
- Requires a mechanical engineering bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a master's degree preferred, at least 15 years of mechanical or product design experience, and 7 or more years in a leadership role. Candidates should have expert SolidWorks and sheet-metal expertise, manufacturing and PLM/PDM knowledge, and experience with DFMA, GD&T, DFMEA, validation, and people management.
