Analog Design manager

Lead, hire, develop, and retain the analog design team while architecting and implementing circuits, customizing and integrating internal and third-party IP, and contributing to chip and test-chip development. Coordinate with architecture, IC design, packaging, characterization, and operations teams to complete integration, simulation, testability, and silicon validation.

Requirements
- Requires a BSEE and at least 10 years of analog semiconductor industry experience; an MSEE is preferred. Candidates must have experience leading project teams and taping out complete products or test chips, with expertise in advanced-node design and analog circuits; experience in EHF/mmWave design is a plus.
