Responsibilities
- Define board-level architecture, power-delivery strategy, and design direction, and lead hardware initiatives from requirements through validation, qualification, and manufacturing release. Own subsystem design and validation, resolve complex technical challenges, guide cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and communicate technical recommendations to stakeholders and suppliers.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 7+ years of experience, a master's degree with 5+ years, or a PhD with 2+ years. Candidates need board and system design experience, including high-speed digital design, signal and power integrity, lab validation, Cadence Concept and Allegro, and technical leadership across product development and supplier teams.
