The Preconstruction Manager oversees the preconstruction process, including detailed MEP cost estimating and coordination across civil, structural, and architectural disciplines. They are responsible for guiding the design process, managing project risks, and collaborating with operations and subcontractors to ensure scope, cost, and quality objectives are met.

Requirements
- Candidates must have at least 7 years of leadership experience in preconstruction or estimating, with specific expertise in multi-discipline cost estimating and risk management. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is required, or 8 years of equivalent professional experience.
