Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and specialist suppliers, review technical documentation, integrate wellness systems, and resolve design, compliance, and constructability issues.
Requirements
- Requires at least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years dedicated to Spa and Wellness projects and experience with high-end, luxury, and ultra-luxury hospitality developments. A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related discipline is required, along with strong technical knowledge of wellness systems, MEP interfaces, construction details, and multidisciplinary coordination.
