Requirements
- Applicants must have graduated within the previous 12 months and have 0â1 years of full-time professional design experience; a degree or equivalent practical experience in a design or adjacent discipline is expected. Candidates should demonstrate visual and interaction design fundamentals, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, openness to feedback, experience with Figma or comparable tools, interest in AI, and a portfolio showing their design process.
