Organizational Development & Design Manager (m/f/d)

Lead the design and ongoing refinement of organizational structures, roles, governance, and future-state processes aligned with the Target Operating Model. Drive its implementation and change management, advise leaders, facilitate organizational development initiatives, and measure outcomes to identify improvements.

Drive its implementation and change management, advise leaders, facilitate organizational development initiatives, and measure outcomes to identify improvements.

Requirements

• Requires strong experience in organizational development, ideally in complex matrix organizations, with in-depth Target Operating Model design and implementation expertise and profound change management experience. Candidates should have excellent communication and facilitation skills, strategic initiative, and experience influencing complex stakeholder groups; renewable energy or distribution experience is a plus, English fluency is required, and German is a plus.
