UI/UX Designer

Gather and analyze user requirements, conduct research and usability testing, and create personas, journey maps, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement accessible designs, maintain design systems, and improve user experiences using feedback, analytics, and testing results.

Requirements
- Requires UI/UX or product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects. Candidates should understand UX/UI principles and design tools and practices; strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required, while WCAG knowledge is preferred.
