Lead cross-functional forums, coordinate client and colleague preparedness, manage concurrent migrations, resolve escalations, and improve migration guidance and processes.
Requirements
- Candidates should have experience designing or delivering client-impacting payment, platform, or digital-channel migrations, along with client implementation experience and strong project management and documentation skills. They should be able to lead cross-functional sessions, coordinate technical implementation and cutover readiness, and understand payments and related services; API onboarding and governance experience are preferred.
