- Lead the design of the next-generation Service Management product, including AI-driven conversational flows and dynamic interfaces. Build and test interactive prototypes with customers, collaborate with product and engineering on product direction, and help develop the design system.
Requirements
- Candidates should have 3–6+ years of product design experience with professional tools, a portfolio demonstrating strong craft and use of AI coding tools, and fluency in how AI is changing product design. They should be skilled in atomic design and component-based UI architecture, comfortable with critique and fast-paced startup work, and eager to learn; data visualization, graph database, IT operations, ITSM, DevOps, or enterprise experience is a bonus.
