Senior Technology Design Manager - Data Hall Fit Out

Lead and coordinate architectural, MEP, and low-voltage/IT designs for multiple data center fit-out projects, aligning consultants, suppliers, internal experts, and project requirements. Monitor design quality, deviations, budgets, schedules, equipment submittals, and construction implementation, while reporting progress and supporting handoff to construction management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural, MEP, and low-voltage/IT designs for multiple data center fit-out projects, aligning consultants, suppliers, internal experts, and project requirements. Monitor design quality, deviations, budgets, schedules, equipment submittals, and construction implementation, while reporting progress and supporting handoff to construction management.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related discipline and at least five years of data center engineering or design experience. Candidates should understand data center white space and critical infrastructure, have experience with large-scale high-density facilities, and demonstrate strong project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
