Senior Technology Design Manager - Data Hall Fit Out

Lead and coordinate architectural, MEP, and low-voltage/IT designs for multiple data center fit-out projects, serving as the primary design contact for internal teams, consultants, providers, and vendors. Monitor design quality, scope, budgets, schedules, equipment submittals, and compliance with project requirements, and support construction through site visits, reporting, and design implementation reviews.

• Lead and coordinate architectural, MEP, and low-voltage/IT designs for multiple data center fit-out projects, serving as the primary design contact for internal teams, consultants, providers, and vendors. Monitor design quality, scope, budgets, schedules, equipment submittals, and compliance with project requirements, and support construction through site visits, reporting, and design implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related discipline and at least five years of data center engineering or design experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of data center white space and critical infrastructure, experience managing complex projects, and excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
