Senior Technology Design Manager - Data Hall Fit Out

Lead and coordinate architectural, MEP, and low-voltage/IT designs for multiple data center fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with company standards, project requirements, budgets, and schedules. Serve as the design point of contact, manage consultants and equipment submittals, report project progress, and support construction through site visits and design implementation reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural, MEP, and low-voltage/IT designs for multiple data center fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with company standards, project requirements, budgets, and schedules. Serve as the design point of contact, manage consultants and equipment submittals, report project progress, and support construction through site visits and design implementation reviews.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related discipline and at least five years of data center engineering or design experience are required. Candidates should have strong knowledge of data center white space and critical infrastructure, experience with large-scale high-density facilities, and proven project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
