Design user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile platforms, leading product design from research through validation and creating accessible interfaces, prototypes, and visual concepts aligned with user and business needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, facilitate workshops and Design Thinking sessions, contribute to end-to-end service design, and maintain design systems and reusable components.
Responsibilities
- Design user‑centric digital experiences for web and mobile platforms
- Lead product design from research through validation
- Create attractive, accessible interfaces aligned with business and user needs
- Drive Service Design initiatives to optimize end‑to‑end customer experiences
- Produce high‑fidelity prototypes and validate hypotheses via user testing
- Develop visual concepts consistent with branding and product identity
- Maintain and evolve design systems, reusable components, and visual standards
- Collaborate closely with product, business, technology and stakeholder teams
- Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions and Design Thinking activities
- Participate in continuous improvement of digital products through research and testing
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as Product Designer
- 5+ years designing digital products for web and mobile
- Service Design experience
- UI design expertise
- Branding and visual identity experience
- Animation design for digital products
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, LottieFiles
- Experience with prototyping tools (Maze, Adobe XD, Milanote, Zeplin, Mural, Overflow, Marvel, InVision)
- User testing and research experience
- Customer Journey Mapping knowledge
- Design Thinking methodology
- Agile (Scrum, Kanban) experience
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Leadership and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
