- Map and improve mobile and web customer journeys for payments, loyalty, benefits, and engagement products through research, prototyping, validation, and accessible interface design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support implementation through design QA, and use product metrics and data to guide continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Requires substantial UX or product design experience, advanced Figma skills, user research expertise, and experience designing complex mobile-first journeys for high-volume B2C digital products. Familiarity with payments or financial services, engagement and retention strategies, agile methods, Design Thinking, and Service Design is expected; loyalty programs, gamification, personalization, security, and accessibility are advantageous.
