Conduct user research and create user journeys, navigation flows, wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive digital interfaces using Figma. Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to shape product strategy, maintain design systems, test usability, and support implementation while ensuring accessibility and a high-quality user experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to uncover needs, pain points and improvement opportunities
- Create journeys, navigation flows, wireframes and low‑ to high‑fidelity prototypes
- Design modern, intuitive interfaces using Figma
- Help define product strategy together with product and technology teams
- Develop and maintain Design Systems for consistency and scalability
- Plan and execute usability tests, validate hypotheses and iterate on designs
- Work in agile squads following Scrum/Kanban processes
- Ensure UX, UI, accessibility and user‑centered design best practices are applied
- Collaborate closely with developers to guarantee quality implementation
Requirements
- Proven experience as UX Designer, UI Designer or Product Designer
- Strong command of Figma (wireframes, prototyping, components, Design Systems)
- Experience with user research, personas, user flows and journey mapping
- Knowledge of usability and accessibility best practices
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing
- Experience designing digital products for web and/or mobile
- Comfort working in multidisciplinary squads using Scrum or Kanban
- Strong collaboration skills with product, technology and business teams
