Design end-to-end user experiences for medium-complexity products and establish and manage a scalable UX/UI framework and design system for the Mendix platform. Evaluate usability, align designs with business requirements and technical architecture, monitor quality and design risks, and identify opportunities for innovation within budget constraints.
Responsibilities
- Research and interpret business requirements and translate them into UX solutions
- Design end‑to‑end user experiences for medium‑complexity low‑code applications
- Create and manage a Mendix‑based UX/UI framework and design system for the portfolio
- Conduct usability testing and continuously improve the user experience
- Collaborate with technical architects to align designs with the underlying architecture
- Identify technical design risks and ensure quality within budget constraints
- Spot innovation opportunities and contribute to technology road‑maps
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant UX design experience
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with the Mendix low‑code platform
- Strong knowledge of design systems and UX/UI frameworks
- Ability to conduct usability evaluations independently
