Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to validate product hypotheses, and create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. Help maintain and evolve the design system, and analyze user behavior and metrics to improve conversion and usability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and discovery activities, including usability testing and journey mapping to validate product hypotheses
- Create flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Collaborate on the maintenance and evolution of Utua's Design System
- Analyze user metrics and behavior to identify and optimize conversion bottlenecks
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are data‑driven and accessible
Requirements
- Consistent experience in UX/UI design for digital products (web and mobile)
- Proficiency with Figma, including auto‑layout, components, variants and design tokens
- Experience conducting usability testing, process mapping and information architecture
- Up‑to‑date portfolio showing UX, UI process and measurable outcomes
- Preferably experience in fintech, payments or financial platforms
- Knowledge of UX writing and conversion rate optimization (CRO / A/B testing) is a plus
