Lead daily sign-shop production by scheduling and assigning work, maintaining quality standards, reducing rework, and coaching team members. Oversee equipment, materials, RIP workflows, design and prepress readiness, and coordination with sales and clients to keep projects on schedule.

- Lead daily sign-shop production by scheduling and assigning work, maintaining quality standards, reducing rework, and coaching team members. Oversee equipment, materials, RIP workflows, design and prepress readiness, and coordination with sales and clients to keep projects on schedule.
Requirements
- Candidates should have at least three years of sign or print production experience and at least one year of leadership experience, or be ready to step into a leadership role. Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Illustrator, knowledge of print, finishing, vinyl, and RIP workflows, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds are required.
