Design intuitive product experiences for students, instructors, and coaches across mobile and web products, while identifying opportunities through research, data, and experimentation. Own and evolve the design system, and collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and operations teams to deliver solutions and new partner products.
Responsibilities
- Design rich, intuitive experiences for students, instructors, and coaches across native and web apps
- Define opportunities, conduct research, map user flows, create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑quality workflows
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions with a hypothesis‑driven mindset
- Collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and operations to manage trade‑offs and excite the team
- Own and mature the design system, evolving patterns, components, and styles across all products
