Founding Product Designer

Define GovWellâs design vision and lead a hands-on redesign of its core platform, including cohesive AI experiences and a design system that supports consistent, high-quality implementation. Work closely with customers, product leadership, and engineers, then establish and grow the Design function as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Set the design vision and define principles for intuitive, differentiated GovWell products
- Reimagine core product experience and evolve visual design and interaction patterns
- Design AIânative experiences that integrate seamlessly with government workflows
- Build and maintain a comprehensive design system for rapid, highâquality delivery
- Develop deep understanding of government staff and citizens to inform product decisions
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Hire, mentor, and grow a worldâclass design team as the organization scales
