Requirements
- Candidates need 5â8 years of UI, web, or digital product design experience, a strong portfolio, advanced Figma skills, and experience building scalable design systems for CMS-driven websites. They should understand responsive design, accessibility, front-end implementation, and design QA, and be able to communicate effectively while balancing user, brand, technical, and business needs.
