Plan and conduct research on claims and medical evaluation workflows, test existing and proposed experiences, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations. Translate research into wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with designers, engineers, product stakeholders, and subject-matter experts to improve accessible, trustworthy workflows.

Requirements
- Requires U.S. citizenship and at least three years of experience in UX research, human factors, or applied product research, with strong study planning, research, usability testing, and synthesis skills. Candidates should be proficient with Figma or similar tools, able to create research-informed prototypes, handle sensitive materials appropriately, and communicate effectively in complex enterprise or government software environments.
