UX Researcher (MDC/AICES)

Plan and conduct research on claims and medical evaluation workflows, then synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, workflow models, and user-tested design concepts. Collaborate with designers, engineers, product stakeholders, and subject-matter experts to improve accessible, trustworthy AICES workflows and support design-to-development handoffs.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct research on claims and medical evaluation workflows, then synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, workflow models, and user-tested design concepts. Collaborate with designers, engineers, product stakeholders, and subject-matter experts to improve accessible, trustworthy AICES workflows and support design-to-development handoffs.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of experience in UX research, human factors, or applied product research, strong research-method skills, and experience translating findings into prototypes or wireframes using Figma or similar tools. U.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to handle sensitive materials, work in complex enterprise or government software environments, and communicate findings to technical and nontechnical audiences.
