Requirements
- Candidates need experience as a Design Manager on social housing planned works, refurbishment, or retrofit programmes, particularly involving high-rise buildings, and a strong understanding of design management, construction delivery, regulations, and health and safety. They should be able to manage consultants and multiple deadlines, communicate effectively with stakeholders, hold a full UK driving licence, and be willing to travel to sites; relevant qualifications and professional membership are desirable.
