Requirements
- Requires at least 6 years of hands-on UX/UI experience delivering digital products and services, influencing product direction, and leading complex initiatives with measurable outcomes. Candidates should have advanced Figma skills and experience with research, data-informed design, collaboration, and mentorship; a degree or diploma in a related field is an asset.
