Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for client banking experiences and frontline employee tools, from discovery and research through detailed design, testing, and delivery. Create connected journeys across digital and employee-supported services, collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate alignment, and uphold accessibility and inclusive design quality.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of digital product design experience, with a portfolio showing contributions to both early exploration and delivered experiences; experience in complex or regulated services is an asset. Candidates should be proficient in Figma and prototyping, experienced with web and mobile design, knowledgeable about research and WCAG accessibility, and able to work independently and collaborate effectively.
