Fire Design Manager

Lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers while providing fire alarm design, specifications, drawings, scopes of work, and technical support to customers, consultants, integrators, distributors, and internal teams. Support sales opportunities and proposals, train sales and technical staff, manage project coordination and customer issues, and maintain accurate records while traveling to customer sites as needed.

- Lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers while providing fire alarm design, specifications, drawings, scopes of work, and technical support to customers, consultants, integrators, distributors, and internal teams. Support sales opportunities and proposals, train sales and technical staff, manage project coordination and customer issues, and maintain accurate records while traveling to customer sites as needed.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field, or equivalent successful experience in a similar control-industry role, along with proven project management skills and application programming experience. Candidates should have fire alarm system and NFPA knowledge, strong technical communication and leadership abilities, proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, and availability to travel up to 75%.
