Partner closely with Product and Engineering on roadmaps and delivery, produce high-fidelity solutions, engage with customers, and mentor other designers.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of digital product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or complex productivity products, with advanced Figma and design systems expertise. Candidates should be analytical, business-minded, persuasive communicators, hands-on collaborators, and available to work on-site in São Paulo; AI/LLM, front-end, regulated-industry, and mentoring experience are advantages.
