Conduct user research and create intuitive digital experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and modern interfaces. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define product strategy and ensure design consistency using Design Systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to identify needs, pain points and improvement opportunities
- Create journeys, navigation flows, wireframes, and low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Develop modern, intuitive interfaces using Figma
- Participate in product strategy definition with product and technology teams
- Create and maintain design systems ensuring consistency and scalability
- Plan and execute usability testing, validate hypotheses and propose continuous improvements
- Work in agile squads following Scrum and Kanban practices
- Ensure UX, UI, accessibility, and user‑centered design best practices are applied
- Collaborate with developers during implementation to guarantee design quality
Requirements
- Experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or Product Designer
- Proficiency with Figma (wireframes, prototyping, components, design systems)
- Experience with user research, personas, user flows, and journey mapping
- Knowledge of usability and accessibility best practices
- Experience creating interactive prototypes and conducting usability tests
- Background in digital product projects for web and/or mobile
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
