UX Designer Movir
Nn Group 🇳🇱 Nieuwegein, Utrecht, Netherlands
You will act as the voice of the user by conducting research, validating assumptions, and translating insights into concrete designs. Additionally, you will facilitate creative sessions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve the digital customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability tests
- Facilitate workshops and creative sessions such as Design Sprints
- Design and iterate holistic interactive prototypes using and contributing to design systems
- Analyze customer feedback, research results and data to advise stakeholders on UX improvements
- Contribute to the NN Design Guild and share knowledge with over 80 designers across the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO or WO) in a relevant field
- 5+ years experience as a UX Designer in an Agile environment
- Strong user research, information architecture, and (mobile) interaction design skills
- Experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, and collaborative sessions
- Deep expertise with Figma (Enterprise)
- Ability to translate customer insights into concrete design improvements
