- Lead and mentor electrical and mechanical design engineers while overseeing integrated aerospace electronics and ruggedized computing system development. Guide hands-on design and troubleshooting, coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams, manage program resources, and lead environmental qualification testing.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 15 years of hands-on aerospace electronics design experience, including five years in a supervisory or engineering management role. A master's degree in Engineering or Engineering Management is highly desirable, along with experience developing ruggedized systems for demanding aerospace environments.
