Requirements
- The role calls for experience in UX/UI design, user research, usability testing, and translating insights into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation. Candidates should be able to address complex legacy-system and stakeholder challenges, manage competing priorities, and design in accordance with WCAG 2.1 AA, the Ontario Design System, and Digital Service Standard principles.
